1. How could I buy products if there is no price in the website?

    Buyers need to send required product details via e-mail.

    Then a reasonable quotation as request would be provided.

2. How long could I get reply of my enquiry?

     Buyers will get a reply within 24 hours.

3. How is the after sales service?

     According to the updated marketing policy regularly.

4. What are the terms of payments you offer?
    Payment of the goods should be set in USD.
    Payment of T/T and Western Union would be accepted.

5. How to apply refund?

     Once the PI has been confirmed and the ordered goods are produced ready, a refund will not be available. 
     But a refund would back to you in time if we could not supply the products required, due to the shortage.

6. What kind of transportation methods you offer?

     A. For regular orders, express delivery like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT and EMS would offer us very good discounts. 
        But if buyers provide their own accounts, freight paid by such accounts are also available.
     B. For goods in large amount, transportation would be offered by air or by sea. FOB or CIF can be offered.
